    Hospitals flout biomedical waste disposal rules, fined

    Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) has imposed fine on two hospitals for mixing biomedical waste with household waste, which consequently was being taken to landfill sites by vans enjoined upon to collect door-to-door household waste in the city.
