    The Army is upset with the Ordnance Factory Board for huge slippages in supply and development of ammunition, apart from lack of quality control, which has adversely impacted the operational readiness of the force. The Army has already sounded the alarm about the high number of accidents taking place due to the defective quality of ammunition.
