A bandh called by the Chamber of Commerce & Industries (CCI), Jammu, supported by various political parties, against property tax saw only a partial shutdown after the transporters' union stayed away. The market in Jammu city remained closed in the morning but, later in the afternoon, shutters went up as the day progressed.
